Torgrimson Place

Built in 1904 from massive hewn logs, the Torgrimson Place cabin harkens back to simpler time, but with all of the comforts of modern day living. This intimate, 2-bedroom, year round sanctuary sits in rolling pastures among meandering streams, under the watchful gaze of the towering granite peaked Beartooth Mountains.

With a unique quiet privacy, the Torgrimson Place has served as a favorite retreat of Wallace Stegner and has been enjoyed by such notables as humorist Dave Barry and poet Allen Ginsberg. However, every guest is important, and to many of those who return year after year, the Torgrimson Place feels like home.
